The resort is located about 3 kilometres from the center of Cabarete toward Samana in Cabarete, Jardin Deportivo. It's a ten minutes walk to the beach. Casa Golf was put into operation in December 1995 and is built on a property of 1200 m². It consists of a large, angularly shaped building with 7 rooms on each floor. There is also a penthouse apartment (80 m²) on top of both floors as well as a halfly covered toiture-terasse (roof-terrace). The 14 rooms are expediently furnished with fans, bathrooms, closets. beds, chairs and tables. The penthouse apartment (appoximately 40 m²) comes with a large bedroom/bathroom and a large living-room/kitchen and is fully furnished. The large bedroom/bathroom can easily be divided into 2 bedrooms/bathrooms without much expenditure.
There is a second 2-story house with 60 m² floor space on each floor. The second floor apartment comes with balcony, the first (ground) floor apartment with a small terrace. Included is a wash-house, a tool-storage room and an emergency power space. The diesel oil power generator (12 kilowatts) has to be fixed (generator and solenoid switches). All buildings are made of massive stone and reinforced concrete. The doors are made of sturdy wood and come with trained, adjustable wood lamellas and fly lattices. The window frameworks are made of aluminium (black) with tinted sliding windows. All rear windows have metal lattices as well as fly lattices. The house is connected to the water supply pipelines, but there is also a cistern and a well. Electric power is supplied by CDE network. All buildings are surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and can be used for private or business purposes, for example in co-operation with the nearby Hotel Isla Verde for their tenants. It's a 30 minutes drive to the airport of Puerto Plata.
