The house is situated on a small hill. From the terrace you have open view to the beautiful landscape and the bay of Samana. The sea its about 2 km away. As the house is situated on a hill there is always a slight breeze  which makes living so pleasant even in hot summers. The foundation of the house is made of steel concrete. The floor, terrace and the roof consist of steel concrete, too. The windows and the doors are hand-made of massive wood. All the floors in the house as well as the terrace have tiles. The house is completely furnished. The pool of 8.5 m x 5.5 m is situated directly in front of the terrace with view to the sea.
The house has its own water-supply, as there is a well on the estate. The house takes its electric current from the mains. But of course there is an emergency generator.
The main street which connects Sanchez in the west and Samana and Las Galeras in the east is about 200 m away. A small supermarket and a bar is nearby. Samana is at a distance of about 10 km and Sanchez of about 25 km. In the nearer environment there are many beautiful small bays and beaches. Some people say that the beaches in the peninsula of Samana are the most beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic.
The house has two floors, the ground-floor of 80 square-meters and the first floor of 80 square-meters. In every floor there are 2 sleeping-rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 big living-room with integrated kitchen and a big terrace with view to the sea. Next to the house there is a car-port with space for two cars. There are parking-facilities for further cars, too, but without a roof.
You can buy the complete house as well as one of the both floors. If you only want to buy a vacancy-home which you want to use 3 months per year at the most, you can also buy a quarter share of one floor. You will receive of course a title of the land register. This share can be donated, rented and sold as if you have bought the whole house.
There is no brokerage. The house and the real estate is registered in the land register.
