The garage is situated on a property of 2,000 sqm on the edge of Sosua directly on the main road to Cabarete. Located among exclusive residences and the International School, the garage is geared to serve the needs of the roughly 10,000 Europeans and Americans living in its vicinity.
Fenced off from the street, the fully developed property is enclosed by a wire-netting fence. The large customer car park in front of the building is lined with hibiscus hedges and tropical plants and is graveled with white stones, as are all open spaces.
The connections to the electricity mains and the water main are located in the service building next to the customer car park as is an emergency power generator and a pneumatic compressor.
